Sivi Job Search App UI/UX
A dark-mode job search app with CV building, easy apply and a referral rewards programme.
Client: Sivi
The challenge
Job seekers abandon long application forms, and the product also needed to grow through referrals without cluttering the core search flow.
Our solution
We designed a dark interface with social sign-up, a filtered job feed, job detail tabs for description and company info, a one-tap Easy Apply action and a separate referrals screen with share link and commission explanation.
The outcome
Applying takes one tap, and referrals live beside search instead of interrupting it.
