Refund & Cancellation Policy
Creative and digital services involve time, talent and scheduled capacity. This policy explains clearly when refunds apply, when they do not, and how cancellations are handled.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
1. Our commitment
We want every client to be satisfied with the work we deliver. If something is not right, tell us early — in most cases we will revise, rework or extend scope to reach a result you are happy with.
2. Deposits
- Deposits reserve production capacity and cover discovery, planning and scheduling.
- A deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before any work has started.
- Once discovery, strategy or production has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
3. Work in progress
- If you cancel mid-project, you are charged for completed and in-progress work; any remaining balance is refunded.
- Approved deliverables and files already handed over are not refundable.
- We will provide a written summary of work completed at the point of cancellation.
4. Completed deliverables
Because digital deliverables cannot be returned, completed and approved work is non-refundable. Where a deliverable does not match the agreed brief, we will correct it at no cost within the revision terms of your proposal.
5. Monthly retainers and management services
- Retainers cover a defined monthly scope and are invoiced in advance.
- Cancellation requires 30 days' written notice; the current month is not refundable.
- Unused hours or deliverables do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
6. Advertising spend and third-party costs
- Money already spent with advertising platforms cannot be refunded by us.
- Domains, hosting, licences, subscriptions, plugins, stock media and similar third-party purchases are non-refundable once bought.
- Unspent ad budget held by us is returned in full on request.
7. What is not eligible for a refund
- A change of mind after work has been approved and delivered.
- Delays or cancellation caused by unavailable client feedback, content or platform access.
- Results that depend on factors outside our control, such as platform algorithm changes, market conditions or competitor activity.
- Requests made more than 14 days after final delivery.
- Projects where the client used the delivered work commercially before requesting a refund.
8. How to request a refund
- Email us with your project name, invoice reference and the reason for the request.
- We acknowledge every request within two business days.
- Requests are reviewed and resolved within seven to ten business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any non-recoverable third-party costs.
9. Dispute resolution
We ask that you raise concerns with us directly before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute. Nearly every issue can be resolved faster through a conversation, and we are committed to fair outcomes on both sides.
