The challenge
Submission League lets local grappling clubs form teams and compete in regional leagues — so the app had to handle team creation, match booking, weight-division scoring, result approval and league tables, all while feeling energetic and easy to use on fight night.
Our solution
We built the identity and product design together: a Source Sans Pro type system and a bold red/orange-on-navy palette, then designed the full flow — sign in/up, create and join teams, book matches, record results per weight division with win/draw/loss controls, a review-and-approve step for opponents, division tables, trending news and player profiles.
The outcome
Clubs get a complete competition hub — from forming a team to approving the final score — in a look that matches the intensity of the sport.
