The challenge
YamYam serves two audiences — customers ordering fresh local meals and restaurants publishing dishes — so the design had to cover browsing, plan selection, checkout, active order tracking, meal creation and feedback without the interface feeling heavy.
Our solution
We designed a clean, food-first system in fresh greens: a welcome and browse flow with category chips and dish cards, a summary and checkout screen with address, pick-up time and payment, an active orders screen with live pick-up countdowns, a restaurant-side 'add new meal' form with tags, pricing and availability, plus plan selection and in-app review flows.
The outcome
Both customers and restaurants get a focused, uncluttered experience, from first browse to order tracking and feedback.
